Visiting your scheme
As part of our commitment to improve our service for our customers, and following feedback that you want to see us out on your schemes more, we will be visiting every scheme as soon as we can.
These visits will give you an opportunity to:
- voice any concerns
- suggest any ways in which we can improve
- highlight what we do well as a landlord.
