New Housing Officer for Northamptonshire Rural Housing

david kolodynski, housing officer

We’re pleased to introduce David Kolodynski, a new Housing Officer for Northamptonshire Rural Housing.

David will be the dedicated housing officer for residents living in the North Northamptonshire Council areas: East Northamptonshire, Kettering and Wellingborough. He’ll be coordinating all things housing including allocations, advising on rent queries, benefit notifications and anti-social behaviour.

David is an additional officer to the team. Claire Baggaley will continue to be the housing officer for our residents living in West Northamptonshire Council areas: Daventry, Northampton Borough and South Northamptonshire. This additional officer role will help us provide more effective housing management, safeguarding and resident engagement. Reduced patch sizes for each officer will enable us to have a more visible presence on your schemes and  deliver a more responsive, supportive and focused service for all our residents.

He has lots of experience supporting residents from his previous roles at Nottingham City Homes and emh care and support.  He says:

“I’m really looking forward to getting to know the communities and providing an excellent service for our residents in Northamptonshire."

Ed Massey, Housing Services Manager, said:

“We’re delighted to be expanding our team in Northamptonshire and very pleased to welcome David to NRHA. His background in specialist housing support will be a great asset to our Northamptonshire residents.”
