NRHA service recognised

Colleagues throughout Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association are celebrating the end of a successful Rural Housing Week 2019.

Providing affordable rural homes where they are most needed in Northamptonshire’s villages requires a real team effort.

Sweets and treats are being laid on for colleagues today to say thank you for working together to ensure NRHA continues to make a big difference to residents across the county.

Our whole team is committed to providing an excellent standard of service.  Our Perception Survey showed that 97% of residents think that colleagues are always friendly, helpful and treat everyone with respect, while 86% of residents agree we provide an effective and efficient service.

The survey also asked for feedback, resulting in some excellent comments from residents including: “You all do everything well” and “keep doing what you're doing”.
