Prize draw – terms and conditions
- The promoter is: Northamptonshire Rural Housing Association Limited (NRHA). NRHA is a registered provider with charitable rules under the Co-operative and Community Benefits Societies Act 2014 – 27416R. Our registered office is at: Hunsbury Hill Centre, Harksome Hill, Northampton, NN4 9QX
- The following prize is available: 1 x £100 shopping voucher for either Amazon, Aldi, Asda, Love2Shop or Tesco. No alternative to the stated prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.
- NRHA employees and board members are not permitted to enter the prize draw.
- There is no entry fee, and no purchase is necessary to enter this prize draw.
- Only current NRHA customers living in a home owned by NRHA (either as a tenant or shared owner) can enter the prize draw, and they must complete the Tenant Satisfaction Measures survey 2023.
- Customers must opt-in to enter the prize draw at the end of the survey (they will not be added automatically) and provide an email or phone number so we can contact the winner.
- Only one entry per household.
- The closing date is Sunday 1 October 2023. No responsibility can be accepted by NRHA for entries that arrive after the closing date. It is the entrants’ responsibility to ensure that their entry arrives with us on time.
- The winner will be chosen by random using random number generator, random.org, from all entries received. The draw will be made by 13 October 2023.
- The winner will be informed by 20 October 2023. We will ask the winner whether they agree to the use of their name and photo in publicity material. Any personal data relating to the winner, or any other entrants, will be used solely to administer the prize draw, in accordance with current UK data protection legislation.
- Before contacting any prize winners NRHA will check for any known tenancy breaches. Customers who are in breach of their tenancy, will have their prize forfeited and another draw will be made in its place. There is no right of appeal regarding this.
- The winner will be asked their voucher preference. The voucher will be sent by email. If this is not possible the voucher will be posted.
- NRHA’s decision in respect of all matters to do with this competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
