Sorry, you cannot apply directly to us for a rental home.  

To be nominated for a rented home, you must have a live housing application with the relevant local authority and bid for the home when it's advertised.

What happens next?

If you’ve told us you’re interested in a rental home, we’ll get in touch to let you know when it's due to be advertised on the local authority’s choice-based lettings system. If all homes have been allocated, we’ll remove you from our register of interest list.

Shared ownership homes
If you’ve let us know you’re interested in a shared ownership home, we’ll get in touch with you when it's nearing completion to check you’re still interested and explain the next steps.

If all homes have been sold, we’ll remove you from our register of interest list.
