How the Association is run

Meet our Committee Members:-


Jasper Hart
Chairman


Jasper has worked on his farm all his life.  He joined the Association in 1992.

He considers the key issues facing the Association are providing ECO friendly homes at a price the Association can sustain so that it can pass on the financial benefits to the tenants in the future.
    

Peter Stratton
Vice Chairman


Peter is a retired Bank Manager.  He joined the Association in 1996.

His role is to fully participate in the operations of the Board, based upon his background in banking.  With key issues being obtaining funding at an economic level in order to continue development of affordable housing.
   
Christopher Sparrow BSc(Hons) MRICS

Christopher works for the Boughton Estates.  He joined the Association in 2006.

He joined to learn more about the operation and delivery of affordable housing in the rural section and brings with him his equity portfolio expertise with regard to performance and financial parameters.

   

                              Michael Duerden

Michael is a retired chartered civil engineer.  He joined the Association in 2004.

He joined the Association because of his interest in social housing and able to apply his background knowledge in the building and construction industry.  He feel the key issues of the Association are to maintain its position as a leading provider and manger of affordable housing in rural Northamptonshire.
   

                              Roger W A S Clarke

Roger joined the Association in 2002 because of his concern at the lack of suitable housing in rural communities.

He considers the key issues facing the Association as the lack of suitable land and the length of time the process takes.
 

                              David Coren BSc MCIH

David is a retired Housing Manager.

He joined the Association in 1995 as the Local Authority representative with an interest in affordable housing and meeting housing needs.  His role is to give a housing professional perspective and considers the key issues facing the Association as maximising resources to affect the outcome of providing homes for people who could otherwise not afford to provide for themselves.

   

                              Roger N Clarke BA(Hons), Adv Dip Ed Mang

Roger has retired.  He joined the Association in 2005 because of his interest in housing. 

He considers his role as a monitoring activity and to assist where he can.  He considers the key issues facing the Association are the changing role of Housing Association especially rural issues of maintaining affordable availability of housing.

   

                              Debbie Jay    

Debbie joined the Committee in 1992.

Joanne Harrison                          

Joanne joined the Committee in 2006.

Rachael Abbott

Rachael works for Northamptonshire Acre and joined the Committee in 2002.

Pam Betts                                                           

Pam is the tenant representative on the Committee.  She joined in 1996.
